DPWH is currently responsible for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of infrastructure, especially the national highways, flood control and water resources development system, and other public works in accordance with national development objectives.

Uzzap offers instant messaging with Yahoo and MSN online buddies. You can also you Uzzap for sending SMS and email. Plus the Smart Uzzap software can be used to chat on public chat rooms on the Smart mobile network. Smart Uzzap can be used either via the mobile phone network or wifi. It also has a PC version. I tried out Smart Uzzap and wrote a post.
REACTION: Through Uzzap Instant Messaging, all the smart subscribers can easy to send message to Yahoo and MSN online buddies. We can also chat on public chat rooms on the Smart mobile networking.


Globe Unlichat is Globe Telecom’s foray into the instant messaging space. The Unlichat software allows you to chat with your online Yahoo contacts using Globe’s mobile phone network. You can read more about my experience using the Globe’s Unlichat software.
REACTION: Our generation today is very high tech and together with this Globe offers an instant messaging space. Using our Globe Simpack we can chat online Yahoo.


Fring is one of the best instant messaging software for mobile phones that you can use. You can use Fring for your Yahoo!, AIM, ICQ, MSN Messenger, Google Talk and even Skype accounts. You can even post to Twitter using Fring. The software also includes VoIP functionality that allows you to make Internet calls. You can also use it to send files to your buddies.
The software works on both mobile network and wifi connections. It is available as a free download for a wide range of mobile phones. It now also has a version for the popular iPhone.

THE SOCIAL NETWORKING

eCRUSH
eCRUSH.com is a teen-oriented anonymous matching site designed to obviate fears of unrequited love. A user creates a list of people he or she is interested in, and has the option of sending anonymous emails to those individuals indicating that an unidentified person has a crush on them. The recipient can then logon to the site and create a list of people they are interested in. If the two people select each other, then the system notifies them of the match. This system is a type of viral marketing in which awareness of the site spreads among friends and acquaintances similarly to a virus as they list each other as crushes and send emails. Over 1,000,000 people have matched on eCRUSH.

Reunion.com (currently MyLife.com as of 2009) is a social network service founded in 2002 by Jeffrey Tinsley after meeting his wife at their high school reunion. The company began with the acquisition of highschoolalumni.com and PlanetAlumni.com. The website claims to help members find and keep in touch with friends, relatives and lost loves.
